Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using SellerSupport ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service Does

SellerSupport is a Chrome browser extension and web dashboard that assists eBay sellers in drafting responses to buyer messages using AI agents. The Service inserts AI-generated text into eBay's compose interface. The seller reviews and sends every message. SellerSupport never sends messages automatically on your behalf without your review and confirmation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a registered eBay seller to use the Service.

4. Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required for the trial. At the end of the trial the Service will pause unless you subscribe. You will not be charged automatically — there is no card on file from the trial.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe and renew automatically each billing period.
• You will receive email notification before each renewal.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law.
• You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — access continues until then.
• If you believe you were charged in error, email [email protected] within 7 days of the charge and we will review it.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send misleading or fraudulent messages to buyers.
• Violate eBay's User Agreement.
• Harass or abuse buyers.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or resell the Service.
• Violate any applicable law.

You are solely responsible for all messages sent from your eBay account.

7. eBay Compliance

SellerSupport is a writing assistance tool. You are responsible for ensuring your eBay activity complies with eBay's policies. SellerSupport is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of eBay Inc.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated replies will be accurate, appropriate, or achieve any particular outcome. You should always review AI-generated content before sending.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerSupport and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting [email protected].

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
