By creating an account or using SellerSupport Growth Agent ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Growth Agent is a web-based competitor intelligence tool for eBay sellers. The Service monitors publicly visible data about eBay listings you choose to track — including your own listings and selected competitor listings — and reports changes in pricing, stock levels, sold counts, shipping policies, return terms, and related attributes. The Service uses this data to generate alerts, comparisons, and AI-assisted recommendations. You are responsible for deciding which actions, if any, to take based on this information.
You must be at least 18 years old and a registered eBay seller to use the Service.
New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to their selected plan features. No credit card is required for the trial. At the end of the trial the Service will pause unless you subscribe. You will not be charged automatically — there is no card on file from the trial.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Growth Agent uses automated tools to read publicly visible information from eBay listings — the same information any buyer can see by visiting a product page. We do not access private eBay data, seller accounts, or information behind authentication. SellerSupport is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of eBay Inc. eBay is a registered trademark of eBay Inc.
You are responsible for ensuring your eBay activity complies with eBay's policies, including any pricing or listing changes you make based on data provided by the Service.
The Service processes listing data and generates recommendations using AI (including OpenAI and Anthropic models). We do not guarantee that data, matches, recommendations, or revenue estimates will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your business. Competitor matching relies on automated product identification which may produce false matches or miss relevant products. You should independently verify any action suggested by the Service before taking it.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve any particular outcome for your business. Past performance of other users is not indicative of future results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellerSupport and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes but is not limited to lost sales, missed pricing opportunities, or actions taken based on Service recommendations. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@sellersupport.io. On termination, your tracked listing data will be deleted within 30 days except where retention is required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email and will take effect 30 days after notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
